Homeless Prevention Programs
Homeless Prevention Programs supplement local and state efforts to help individuals and families to remain in their homes or apartments. This comprehensive assistance allows economically disadvantaged persons to catch up on back rent, mortgage and utility bills, thus avoiding evictions.
We realize that families and individuals are faced with hard times due to the downturn of the economy and loss of income. Clients, however, must prove the ability to continue making their own payments after receiving assistance.
These programs are for families and individuals who meet the income eligibility guidelines.
